Ronald Geronimo

Working under the name Ronald Geronimo, filmmaker Ron Gino was born blind and grew up visually impaired, and he continues to live with this limitation, which only strengthens his drive to work in the visual arts.

 

Even as a kid, he wrote scripts and imagined producing them with friends after school. Over time, this dream evolved into a professional path: he studied film in Israel and created short films that delve into characters and their inner journeys.

In each film, he aims to tackle complex topics and make them accessible in a way that evokes emotion or thought. Despite the challenges, he’s committed to inviting audiences to see the world through his eyes – a view that brings a slightly different angle.
